Human Beings have seven main Chakra's. When a Chakra is blocked, or closed, it does not spin correctly trapping the energy and it becomes stuck. The seven main Chakra's are the Crown (top of the head), Third Eye (in the middle of the forehead above the middle of the eyebrows), Throat, Heart, Solar Plexis, Sacral and Root Chakras.

The Chakras become blocked for various reasons. For example, when someone has their heart broken it could literally close their Heart Chakra. Another example is if a person habitually does not speak their truth the Throat Chakra can become closed or blocked. Every illness or ailment can be associated with a blocked, or closed Chakra.

The goal is to reach a place of balance between spirit, body, earth and health, universality and grounding. In these sessions, Alicia uses crystal singing bowls, crystals, Reiki and meditation to clear and balance the Chakras.

Alicia became a Reiki Master in 2009 and has been practicing Reiki for many years since.

A session lasts for one hour after which the client will feel lighter and more at peace.
